Overview

Mera Peak (6654m) is one of the highest trekking peaks in Nepal, located in the Everest Region. It offers climbers breathtaking views of five 8000-meter peaks: Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyo, Makalu, and Kanchenjunga, along with numerous other stunning mountains. The north route, which is less technical, is suitable for climbers with some experience and requires traversing a glacier at high altitude. The western ascent and south face are more challenging, ideal for experienced climbers.

While the summit block has become more challenging due to climate change, the normal route remains relatively straightforward, with minimal technical difficulties (F / PD). Acclimatization is key to a successful summit, and we ensure a well-designed schedule to maximize your chances. Mera Peak is accessible for climbers with a good level of fitness and basic skills in ice climbing, such as using crampons and an ice axe.

Above Himalaya Adventures offers a comprehensive full-board package, including a climbing permit, logistics, accommodation, nutritious meals, and professional guides throughout the trek and climb. We also provide base camp services for those who wish to manage their own logistics above base camp. Our flexible packages cater to your specific needs, ensuring an unforgettable adventure in the Himalayas.
